Quality Policy
Quality is the foundation of our corporate development. It serves as the key to success amidst market competition. Hopeful Rubber has its own professional Measuring & Calibration Center and well-equipped Total Quality Systems. In order to reach common accord with the customers, we take initiative in bilateral communication and pursue clearly defined product requirements. Five (5) teams, including IQC, FPQC, IPQC, IPQI and OQC are introduced to implement quality systems. We also put forth the AQL, First Article Evaluation, SPC, 4M1E Analysis and Concept Training in line with the existing Quality Systems. All of the above measures aim to achieve the ultimate goal of Quality / Cost equilibrium.
